I shall post abut a topic since my daily life is mundane and nothing interesting to blog abut for this few days. Leader shall be today's topic since Chess Club chose its new Executive Committee today. Ok.
So What is a leader?
SomeOne who leads duh!!! lol.hahax. Let talk abut what qualities a person should have in order to become one good leader? 1) Responsible? 2) sociable perharps, so tat he or she can communicate with his peers to get things done? 3) able to foresee future problems 4) Determination to get things done even when things went wrong.
Seems easy to list down what u nid in order to become one good leader but seems tough finding one true leader.
So i dun tink there is any in chess club being a good leader at the moment ba. lol. ps to sae tat no tryin to suan anyone but i realli tink they have to work harder ba. Jiayous. N i feel quite sian goin back to chess le.If i got time den perhaps i drop by 1 or 2 session. Wun realli manage my time such tat i goin back lor. I see my Junior de face bu shuang! hahax. no lah. I dun like them being so arrogant and i dun feel like i got any use there cox i not gd in chess also.I lost my skills le. lazy to train also. Maybe if i go sp chess club( high chance no) den got coach teach me till i zai zai den go back help ba. If not i shall own time own target if shuang den go back le. So gd luk to Chess club ba i shall slackkkk.
