Saw this article like 4 days ago. Been wanting to post it but it seems i have forgotten all abut it. It is abut " have u been a goo customer " on 30april2009 my paper. The highlight abut this article is tat Singaporeans complain too much abut service these day. Yes, though ' customer is always right' but i agree what the newspaper had point out. Many people nowadays complain abut poor service in the hope of receiving some form of compensation. Tat wat i rmb from my workplace last yr at precious tots. So Stop complaining ppl unless the service is damn bad n dun complain jus becox u wanna compensation. It just make u an 'ugly' person.
